At Biscotte Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the yarn is in its original condition with all labels intact, and pack it securely in a shipping envelope or box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
