This hand-dyed artisanal yarn is no ordinary knitting yarn: the designer behind the knitting patterns Louise Robert Design meticulously created this beautiful collection.

It's by studying the color pallets that represent her life and career over the years that designer Louise Robert was able to imagine all of the variety available in these hand-dyed artisanal yarns.

Among the butterfly specimens, the Papillon Lune (Luna moth in French) is one of my favorites, and certainly the most coveted one among collectors.  This magnificent insect is distinguished by its emerald-green coloring and extended hind wings. If you live in Canada, the United States or northern Mexico, you may be lucky enough to spot one eventually! - 𝑳𝒐𝒖𝒊𝒔𝒆

• Composition: 70% Merino NSW (untreated), 30% Yak
• Quantity (Weight): 100 grams, 4 oz
• Length: 200 meters (219 yds)
• Gauge: 15 - 16 stitches = 10 cm (4 in)
• Needles: 5 - 6 mm (US #8 - 10)
• Care: Hand-wash in cold water, dry flat
