Highlands Sunset Shawl Knitting Kit

Highlands Sunset is a shawl pattern in the shape of an enlarged trapezium, a beautiful design by Christelle Nihoul for Biscotte Yarns ♥

This feminine model is worked with our Bis-Sock yarn, from the center to the tips, by alternating a Metamorph (gradient) and a semi-solid color.

Throughout the knitting process, you will see the Metamorph colors evolve all the way to the tips, going through various patterns: garter stitch, brioche and lace. A model that will keep you busy from beginning to end and that you might have the pleasure to wear during a nice sunset walk...

EACH KIT CONTAINS THE KNITTING PATTERN AND 350g OF BIS-SOCK YARN TO KNIT THE HIGHLANDS SUNSET SHAWL IN THE FOLLOWING COLORS :

KIT 1: THE ORIGINAL

• Color 1 : Bisque (3 x 50g)
• Color 2 : Highland Sky (2 x 100g)

KIT 2:

• Color 1 : Poire (3 x 50g)
• Color 2 : Fête des couleurs (2 x 100g)

KIT 3:

• Color 1 : Pruneau (3 x 50g)
• Color 2 : Pivoine (2 x 100g)

KIT 4:

• Color 1 : Biscuit (3 x 50g)
• Color 2 : Pop corn (2 x 100g)

IN ADDITION TO THE KIT, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING NEEDLES AND NOTIONS:

• Circular needles of 3.75 mm (US5), cable length 100 cm (40")
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch markers
• Stitch holder or scrap yarn to put sts on hold

SIZE: 256 cm x 48 cm

GAUGE: 20 sts / 38 rows in garter stitch per 10 cm / 4" after blocking
