Across The Universe Knitting Pattern

Biscotte is pleased to present the new shawl pattern knitted with Super-Sock and Dolce yarn. The Across The Universe model is part of Louise Robert's design collection!

This shawl is knitted diagonally using short rows. During sections 1 to 4, the right side rows are not worked to the end: two stitches less than the previous row are left at the end of each row. Section 5 differs from the first sections so please pay special attention to the details in this section.

REQUIRED MATERIAL:

• LOUISE ROBERT DESIGN – SUPER-SOCK [75% merino, 25% nylon; 400 meters per 100g skein] : 1 skein shown in color MÉTAL(A)
• LOUISE ROBERT DESIGN – DOLCE [100% brushed cashmere: 50 g; 235 m] 1 skein in color Blue Moon (B)
• Circular needles of 3.5 mm; US #4 (or size needed to obtain gauge); cable length of 80 cm or +
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch markers

GAUGE : 24 sts = 10 cm in garter stitch before blocking.

FINAL SIZE AFTER BLOCKING : Width = 170 cm; 67" and height = 64 cm; 25"

ATTENTION : Gauge is not critical for this pattern, but I almost used all the yarn required. Therefore, please note that a change in gauge may result in different finished size and yarn requirements.
