How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination, generally taking 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-21 days for international shipping.
Are your yarns hand-dyed?
Yes, Biscotte Yarns is famous for our hand-dyed collections, including our original self-striping yarns. Because they are dyed by hand, each skein is unique and may have slight variations in color.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused yarn in its original condition (must be in the original skein/hank and not wound into a ball) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that patterns and sale items are final sale.
Do you offer winding services?
Yes, we can wind your hanks into ready-to-use cakes for a small fee. Please select the 'Winding Service' option on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If you have placed multiple orders that have not yet shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to combine them and refund any excess shipping charges.
